Calgary Mini Sessions offer the perfect balance between capturing timeless photos and creating an easy and fast paced photo experience that keeps your family smiling and engaged for the whole session. No more long awkward photo sessions, enjoy 15 minutes of guided poses, genuine expressions, laughter, and fun to capture lasting memories for you and your loved ones. Calgary Mini Sessions photographers are experienced family photographers who are experts at effortlessly highlighting the natural connections between people. We look forward to being a mini part of your story!

Derek and Rebecca have been offering Christmas and Santa sessions in Calgary for many years. Formerly Snap Foto Club in downtown Calgary, we pick up where we left off during Christmas 2024. We hope to see you at our new studio in Willow Park in 2025.

Yes, pets are permitted for most mini sessions. Please check on the respective mini session page to see if there are any restrictions on pets.

Most of our sessions are shot in our studio. However, some specialty mini sessions may be booked outdoors. Please check on the respective mini session page to see if the session is being held in studio or outdoors

Some mini sessions may have an option for longer sessions that allow for larger/extended families. Please check on the respective mini session page to see if there is an option for large/extended families.

We do not offer make up services for mini sessions. Please arrive photo ready.

Yes, all purchased digital images include print rights to print the photos.

Calgary Mini Session is priced based on a separate session fee and image purchase. The session fee secures your photographer’s time and the studio time, while the image purchase covers post processing and licensing fees. We prefer to use this model for pricing because clients get to choose how many photos they end up with.

Currently we are offering Santa and Christmas family sessions. More mini session will be added at later dates.

BOOKING A HOLIDAY MINI SESSION WITH US INCLUDES ACCESS TO OUR STUDIO – STUDIO 342

Our studio is a purpose built facility that transforms into a Christmas wonderland for our holiday mini sessions. We use real trees, real ornaments, real furniture. Your session is an experience as much as it is a photo session.
